For example, it cross-references an entry from the Summary of Post-1999 Major Regulatory Activity to the corresponding entry in the Table of Post-1999 Regulatory History where you can find information regarding the applicable publication date, effective date, citation, and related legislation (if any). The RP Change Reference also identifies the summary with the corresponding Readable Regs.
