Road shows are activities that have the same topics and presenters that happen multiple times during the year. In order to make the planning process easier, the system allows you to copy a previous activity, assign it a new Activity ID and lets you go in and change the dates in order to create a Road Show Activity. To do this, bring up the Planning document for the activity you wish to copy. Click on the Road Show button.
