What are Ringback Tones recalls?
On rare occasions, Verizon Wireless will need to remove and recall content that has been previously purchased and distributed for use by subscribers. When a Ringback Tone is recalled, that tone will be removed from your account and replaced with the standard ringtone. You can change the standard ringtone and manage your tones through your account by accessing My Settings. Additionally, a $1.99 credit will be applied to your account for each recalled Ringback Tone previously purchased. Ringback Tones can also be deleted at a Verizon Wireless Retail Store.
