What are Rho Gammas?
Rho Gammas (Recruitment Counselors) are women who have been chosen to disaffiliate from their specific chapters for the duration of Recruitment. Rho Gammas are available to all potential members so that they are well informed throughout the Recruitment process. Rho Gammas are responsible for distributing schedules, answering questions, and being a confidante while a potential member is participating in Panhellenic Recruitment.
