Your capitation payment is made prospectively by the first day of the month. In order for us to accomplish this we begin processesing cap payments in or around the 20th of the preceding month. Since changes to membership take place between the date the capitation payments are processed and the beginning of the month we need to have a method for recognizing these adjustments. • How can I find out the capitation payments paid to me in past months?
