RAs are full time Regent University students who both work and live in the residence halls. RAs strive to promote and build community in the residence halls through regular programs, events, interactive bulletin boards, and floor meetings. RAs serve as spiritual, social, and academic role models. RAs also respond to students concerns and address policy violations.
