What are Resident Assistants, Apartment Managers, & Hall Directors?
Resident Assistants are upper class students living in the residence halls that serve as advisors, mediators, and programmers, as well as report potential infractions of University policy. The Resident Assistant is the first person students should approach with roommate conflicts and personal concerns. The Resident Assistants are also resources and are able to refer students to the appropriate University services and personnel. Resident Assistants are sensitive to the needs of students, whether personal, social or academic. For more information, please click here. Apartment Managers are staff in the apartment areas (Alumni Square, East Campus, Henle Village, and Village A). Apartment Managers will work directly with the Hall Director or Area Coordinator in that complex to support their administrative work.
