This website is provided by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC) and contains information collected on all LTC homes. You can print the information by clicking on “print” at the top right hand corner of the page. Alternatively, you can call the Ministry’s Long-Term Care Action Line at 1-866-434-0144 for assistance in printing these materials.
