• All Memory product (SRAM and Flash) switched to lead-free in Jan 2005. All Multi Purpose Products (MPP) will switch to lead-free in September 2005. Majority of MCU products (such as SH, H8, M16C, R8C.) has already been delivered in lead free version, conversion for relevant customers to be completed in December 2005. Renesas will take into consideration that there are RoHS exempted areas, such as automotive, health monitoring, measurement and control applications.
