A – Relevant offences are offences which a Board will take into consideration when determining an applicant’s suitability to hold either a premises or personal licence. Where Licensing Boards are notified that a licence holder has been convicted of a relevant offence the Board must review that licence. The Board will wish to consider whether or not a sanction is appropriate.
