What are Reimbursements?
Reimbursements are the amounts which are paid only when claimed. The claim can be done only after spending the amount. Basically, employees are provided with some of the reimbursements like, Medical reimbursements, Telephone bill reimbursements, LTA etc., where they have to pay the amount first and then it is reimbursed by the employer. The reimbursements provided for employees may vary from one company to another.
