What are refugees (ILR/ELR/ELEHP/DL) entitled to?
Those granted leave to remain of any kind are entitled to all social security benefits and social housing. Some housing providers are hesitant to offer long term tenancies to people with limited leave to remain, but the entitlement does not alter according to the length of leave granted. The main difference between ILR and ELR/ELE/HP/DL in terms of entitlement largely concern things like right of family reunion and eligibility to higher education funding.
