What are Redfin partner lenders?
Redfin partner lenders are mortgage brokers who are committed to delivering a high-level of service to our clients with a focus on customer satisfaction, quick response times and easy pre-approval. To make sure they deliver great service, we survey every client who signs a mortgage application and will publish all the results in an upcoming version of the website. We hold our partner lenders accountable; if they don’t perform, we’ll end the partnership. Our partner lenders pay us a fixed marketing fee, but we don’t collect a referral fee or commission if you use them. We created this program to streamline the home-buying process and make getting a mortgage simpler; we don’t require you to use them. Find a lender in your area.
