A record plat is the final document for review in the Planning Department’s residential subdivision review process. The record plat and accompanying application document the final dimensions and boundaries of lots within a subdivision. Where can I get an application for a record plat? Contact the Planning Department for information. A review fee and a recording fee will be required.
