What are reasonable expectations for Juan Pablo Montoya in 2007?
I’m not sure I have a good answer for that. I think he’s certainly someone who adapts quickly. I saw that when he came to Indy cars. I saw that when he went to Formula One. He knows 90% of the things that you have to do in NASCAR. I think what he has to learn is what you don’t do — and that’s a big long list of things that you don’t do in a Nextel Cup Car. What reaction are you getting from people in the business to your hiring of Montoya? Everything from shock to “Boy, that’s great” to “Boy, it’s a tall order.” But everybody is filled with excitement. The nice thing about Juan is he’s got a very infectious personality. He’s obviously very serious about his job but he’s also a fun guy to be around. That’s why he can walk into Jeff Gordon’s trailer or Jimmie Johnson’s trailer or Roger Penske’s and say hello. That takes a special person with a special personality to have that respect among your peer group going in. If Montoya has reasonable success in NASCAR, do you think the floodgates
