the worst think you can do for yourself is eat lots of high calorie fatty foods. these foods make you gain weight but they also make you have lots of healthy problems. sure it would be great to be able to eat all of those fatty foods to gain weight but you are going to do your body more harm than good that way. it’s hard to say how many more calories you should be eating sicne i dont know how many you’re eating now but i would say roughly 2000 give or take a couple hundred. you can simply eat more during the day of the right foods (i.e. fruits, vegetables, lean chicken, beans, etc).
