What are really good exercises to tone/lose weight on arms?
.You’re female (according to your avatar) thus bulk isn’t possible for you. We don’t have the testosterone for that. You lose weight by doing cardio exercise. You cannot target areas of your body for fat to burn. Your body decides that. HOWEVER, you can target tone muscle. Look up arm exercises online and start working with some dumbbells. I started years ago with 1# and got more serious in the past couple of years. I use up to 17.5# weights for my arm/shoulder exercises, depending on what the particular exercise is. I’m not, nor will I ever be, bulky. ☺ Denise Austin has a “Hit the Spot Arms and Bust” that is a decent upper body workout, and about 15 mins or so. Pushups are also good for toning the arms and chest, if you don’t have equipment. There are all kinds of variations to focus on different muscles. If you are a more advanced exerciser, the P90X workout program is great and has workouts that focus on different body parts…a couple of them have a lot of targeted arm work. I’m g
