What are Ranitidine side effects?
Patients taking Ranitidine can sometimes experience side effects including insomnia, breast tenderness in men, diarrhea, dizziness, abdominal pain, constipation, drowsiness, impotence, nausea, vomiting or decrease in libido. Contact your doctor if any of the more serious side effects occur such as vision problems; change in heart rate; bleeding or bruising easily; headache with rash; jaundice; weakness; dark urine; breathlessness; fever; chest pain or clay colored stools. You may develop an allergic reaction to Ranitidine and signs of this could include hives; skin rash; trouble breathing or swollen throat, mouth, tongue, lips or face. You should get medical help immediately if you notice any of these signs after taking Ranitidine.
