What are Quick Disconnect Headsets?
Quick Disconnect – The quick disconnect clip half way along a headset cable allows the user to leave their desk without having to remove their headset. The Quick Disconnect is a feature in H-series and P-series headset systems that allows the user to temporarily and conveniently disconnect from the headset amplifier or telephone without having to remove the headset or lose the call. If there is a caller on-line when the user disconnects from the amplifier or telephone, this action will temporarily place the caller on hold. You’ll need to reconnect to talk to and hear the caller.
