What are “Pub” quizzes?
This is the term used to describe a set of entertaining questions asked of several individuals or groups simultaneously. Usually there is a quizmaster who reads out the questions and usually there is an element of competition to see who can get the most questions right. This type of quiz has become so popular in pubs that “Pub quiz” has been adopted as the term to describe all quizzes of this nature. QuizArea call their quizzes “Pub quizzes” but they are equally suitable for use at charity fund raising events, sports club evenings, social club get-togethers and any gathering of friends and family.
