What are prototype schools and how will they make a difference?
Prototype schools are basic designs that can be adjusted to fit on a particular piece of land without completely redesigning the school. This saves time and this saves up to six percent of the schools cost, benefitting students and the taxpayers. Prototype designs currently are underway for the next elementary school and early childhood centers in Bluffton so that, when the referendum passes, the architectural and engineering work will be jumpstarted.
