What are proteins used for in the body?
The structure of your body is a big connected web of protein. Your liver stores amino acids, and these are combined to make proteins, and each protein has a different structure, like putting together several Rubik’s cubes to make a picture. There are thousands of different combinations, and only the exactly correct combination will make the right picture.
