Side effects of Propranolol can include decrease in libido, constipation, insomnia, fatigue, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. More serious side effects can include fever, swollen feet or ankles, jaundice, confusion, light headedness, dark urine, palpitations, abdominal pain, nausea, loss of appetite, cold hands and feet, breathlessness, low fever, clay colored stools and hallucinations. These signs can include swelling of the face, mouth or tongue; trouble breathing; rash or hives.
