What are promos and whats so special about them?
Promo is short for “Promotional”. Promos can be found on CD, cassette, clothing, paper, or vinyl. Radio stations and DJ’s are only allowed to own these promo CDs to promote the artist’s album. Not availble for the public. They arent for sale either but people still sell them. It’s more fun collecting promos than regular singles. Sometimes you’ll find a special version of a song you wont find on regular singles or albums. At times you’ll notice a different cover picture than the common cover.
