In an environment with no gravity, physically you lose muscle mass and bone density. There are many things that you do now in an environment with gravity that you would have to “re-learn” after a long period in space. Also, it affects you psychologically because of being away from familiar surroundings, friends and family and living in a “cramped” environment. It may lead to situations such as depression and/or aggression in an individual.
