A. Some, not all, policies provide for the services of a Privileged Care Coordinator. This Coordinator is a Registered Nurse who will help the Insured find appropriate care services from local Home Care Agencies. The Coordinator is assisted by Registered Nurses who work in or near the Insured’s hometown.
