What are presenters responsible for?
Space Center Houston does not cover the costs of transportation or hotel arrangements for presenters. Many of the hotels do offer discounted rates for conference attendees. Information on hotels will be available in the conference booklet October 2009. When submitting your proposal, please take into consideration the cost of transportation and hotels. Also, all materials, including hand-outs, and technology not listed in the proposal (this includes laptops) are the responsibility of the presenters.
