Hardware requirements for the Prelude Server and the Prelude Mobile Server are: • Intel Pentium® IV processor • 2 GB RAM • 42.25 GB hard disk (18.25 GB hard disk for the mobile server) • CD ROM drive • Super VGA color monitor with display resolution of 1024 by 768 • Keyboard • Mouse • Serial communications port • Laser printer • Network card (optionally for the mobile server with a wireless router supporting the TCP/IP protocol) UPS – Prelude is designed for 24-hour operation. Use of an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) is strongly recommended. Network – Prelude requires a network supporting the TCP/IP protocol. Installation, configuration, electrical safety and security for the network are the customer’s responsibility. If wireless capabilities are included, then it is strongly recommended that the security issues unique to the wireless environment be carefully considered, and that measures are put in place to prevent unauthorized clients from connecting to or monitoring data transmi
