What are pre-assessment questionnaires?
Pre-assessment of candidates allows you to capture both basic and more complex information about each candidate. Once captured, HireSpider measures candidates against these questions based on preferences that you define. You can also set ‘disqualifier’ questions allowing you to exclude candidates that do not meet your minimum application requirements, for example required educational and professional qualifications, criminal records etc. Even if a candidate does not score well on the pre-assessment questions, you will still be able to find him/her in the database, so they are not entirely removed in the event that a perfect candidate for a vacany cannot be found.
