What are possible treatments for endometrial hyperplasia and various perimenopause symptoms?

0

I am 36 years old and was diagnosed via endometrial biopsy and following d&c with endometrial polyps and simple hyperplasia. I am 5’3″ and 130 so I am told I am not the typical type of person to get hyperplasia at this age. I had my hormones tested with a blood test in June after the d&c and they came back in the normal ranges. I also have various symptoms of hormone balance, (anxiety, breast tenderness, pms, headaches, muscle aches, flu-like symptoms, foggy head, forgetfullness, palpatations, adrenaline rushes, fatigue). The doctors have me on a 3 month regimen of compounded progesterone (40mg) and will then recheck my uterus after the 3 months. I take the progesterone vaginally for 14 days and then off for 14 days. I am not sure how all of this is happening when my hormone levels were normal? The progesterone seems to make me even more anxious and I just seem to never feel good. Any insight or suggestions as to how to feel normal again would be appreciated.
