Justified or not, Pit Bulls maintain a reputation for being angry dogs that are prone to violent attacks. Pit Bulls have been restricted and/or banned in many countries around the world, including Denmark, Ecuador, France, Iceland, Serbia, Singapore, the UK, and many more. In the United States, Pit Bulls have been banned by local governments in some cities, including Denver (CO), Sioux City (IA), Youngstown (OH), and more.
