What are Personas and how would I use them?
Personas is what we call the feature that allows you to define different identities to use in email and usenet. Do you have multiple email addresses and you want the software to know which one to use as your return address? Define a Persona for each and assign the Persona to one or more folders, email or usenet or both, in Agent. Do you use mailing lists, and want Agent to treat it like a newsgroup and just know the address of the group when you post from the folder you have its messages filed to? Define a Persona for it and assign it to that folder. In a Persona, you can define many message attributes. You can, naturally, define your own name and email address to be used as your identity, but you can also define here default signatures to be used for new messages and replies, whether the Persona can be used for email, usenet, email responses to usenet posts, or any combination of the three.
