Personal Icon Passcodes are a security feature designed to provide greater protection for your accounts and personal information. Every time that you log in to Online Banking using your member number and access code, you will also need to enter your Personal Icon Passcode before access to Online Banking will be granted. This means that logging in to Online Banking is a two step process: Step 1 • Enter your Member Number and Access Code. Step 2 • Enter your Personal Icon Passcode by selecting your icons in the correct order.
