A single Professional Development Unit (PDU) represents an hour of training. Sixty (60) PDUs must be earned over a three (3) year period to maintain the PMP designation. Detailed information on the Continuing Certification Requirement System (CCRS) and what types of activities qualify for PDU attainment can be found at: http://www.pmi.org/CareerDevelopment/Pages/MaintainYourCredential.aspx Attendance at chapter meetings (1.0 or 1.5 PDU) need to be submitted to PMI for PDU credit by the attendee. See our handy PDU Reporting Guide for easy navigation through PMI’s new CCRS system. Other PDUs earned may be self-reported by logging on to the PMI website at http://www.pmi.org/CareerDevelopment/Pages/Continuing-Certification-Requirements-System.aspx with your PMI number and password. You will also need to provide your PMP number to record the PDUs. A transcript can also be generated online listing the number of PDUs you have earned to date.
