To use VA Appointments you must: • be a Veteran enrolled at a VA health care facility • be a registered My HealtheVet user • have an upgraded account. To get an upgraded account you must complete a one-time process called In-Person Authentication or “IPA.” For more information on how to upgrade your account, visit Quick Links.
