What are OVERS/UNDERS?
Modern production processes often require a number of pieces to be discarded during the imprinting run for various reasons. Therefore a “buffer” quantity of items is pulled for imprint to best insure that the requested amount of product makes it through to you. However, based on the specific ease of which your order runs, it is entirely possible that an over or under production of items will end up being shipped to you. The amount of variance that is allowable is plus or minus 10% of the requested quantity. You will be advised of any over/under situation at the same time you receive your ship out information.
