What are Outlook Public Folders and how do I use them?

0

Outlook has an information exchange area called Outlook Public Folders. It is located below all of your normal folders (Inbox, Calendar, Tasks, etc). There is a sub folder titled All Public Folders, and below that is another sub folder titled MFPCB for the Price College of Business. The MFPCB sub folder is only accessible by the faculty and staff of Price College. We suggest dragging the MFPCB folder over to your Outlook Shortcuts bar (on the left of Outlook).
