• Vinyasa Yoga, a style of Hatha Yoga, is the practice of linking Sun Salutations or similar postures between poses. • Vinyasa (pronounced Vin -YAAH – suh) is a flowing movement linked with breath. This creates a flow from pose to pose as opposed to stopping one posture and starting again. • Vinyasas do not have to be vigorous. They can be slow and gentle as one easy pose flows softly into another similar one.
