What are other small town universities in england that are good besides Oxford or Cambridge?
Oxford and Cambridge aren’t small towns, you can get much smaller ones like Keele etc. I don’t think you can actually get bigger ones unless maybe UCL (London)! Check out the Good University Guide from the Times website, it’ll give you the top 100 and lots of detail about them. Sorry I don’t understand what you mean when you mention looking at grade 10, 11 and 12. *edit* oh, I think I’ve just twigged, are you from America? You apply for uni here at the beginning of year 13 (grade 12) and offers are based on your marks received at year 12 (grade 11) and predicted marks for the current year.
