What are Osteoarthritis symptoms and signs?
Signs and symptoms of OA range from mild joint discomfort to disability. Increasing pain with use of joint and deformity of joints are the cardinal signs of OA. Another common symptom of OA is joint stiffness which onsets after periods of rest, this may include morning joint stiffness or difficulty getting up after sitting for a prolonged period of time. Most people with knee OA will also experience a grating sensation in the joints.
