What are OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogens?
OSHA stands for Occupational Safety and Hygiene Administration. This government body exists to ensure that all Team Members are protected at the jobsite. Each of our facilities is equipped with the appropriate gear to protect you and your patrons. Bloodborne pathogens are disease-causing agents transmitted through blood serum. Our managed facilities are equipped with protective gear and clean-up items for this type of spill. Please be sure that you have signed the OSHA sheet prior to employment and that you are familiarized with the equipment and how to utilize it appropriately. There is a copy of the department Safety and Exposure Plan and copies of Material Safety Data Sheets at each facility.
