What are Osaka/Kobe/Kyotos airports?

0

The cities of Osaka, Kobe, and Kyoto (an area also known in different contexts as Kansai, Kinki, or Keihanshin) is served by three commercial airports – Kansai International (KIX), Osaka International (ITM), and Kobe (UKB). Previously ITM handled all air traffic into the Kansai area. However, KIX was built to take over the international flights while Itami handles the domestic side. The waters were further muddle when short-haul international flights were reinstated at ITM and later on when UKB was built.
