What are Orientation Student Advisors (OSAs)?

OSAs welcome and assist new students and their families with their transition to Western. They serve as positive role models and representatives of New Student Services/Family Outreach (NSSFO) and WWU. During orientation programs, OSAs facilitate orientation sessions for new students, share information about campus resources and services, and answer impromptu questions about the University and Bellingham area. Overall, OSAs work as a team to provide outstanding customer service to all new WWU students and family members.
