Parking is available in the public parking ramp located below the Civic Center. The cost for parking in this ramp is $5.00 per entrance. The Grand Central Public parking ramp is located across the street from the Civic Center and is connected with a skyway. This Public ramp charges on the half hour ($0.40). Street parking and any of the metered surface lots are free nights and weekends in St. Cloud.
