An open /close report is a signal sent from your alarm control when the alarm is turned on or off. For example, this handy feature could be programmed into a retail stores’ alarm control. You may not be there when your employees open in the morning or lock up at night, but you can always check the report to make sure that they are doing things at the proper time.
