What are Offline Folders / .pst files?
When staff within the Division of Education Arts and Social Sciences logon to a Divisional owned PC and open Microsoft Outlook they find that their Email is automatically configured to open their email account and to also set up an Offline Email folder which will be named as follows: your username2006 (note the year will vary depending upon when the user first logged onto the PC).
