What are Objections, Recommendations and Comments Reports (Section 163.3184(6)(a) and (b), Florida Statutes)?
After a local government submits a proposed comprehensive plan or plan amendment, the Department reviews the plan or amendment and issues a report providing any objections, recommendations and comments. The Department mails the report to the local government no later than the 60th day from receipt of the proposed amendment and posts the report online for six months.
