There is slight variation between laboratories, but my lab’s normal ranges are Hb 11.5-16.5 and ferritin 20-350 for females. Just make sure you eat lots of iron rich foods while you are pregnant/breast feeding to keep up with the extra demand from your baby. Good luck!
