What are NordicTrekkers?
A1: NordicTrekkers are a unique Swedish fitness concept. They are the only weighted walking poles on the market. NordicTrekkers represents an improvement when compared to the normal walking poles. They shape your body producing excellent results. NordicTrekkers can be adjusted in height from about 47 1/4″ inches to 55 1/4″inches (Each pole has five length settings). For users over 6′ 2″, you may require a longer shaft and should contact Volaris USA for further details. Each NordicTrekkers contains two elliptical tanks that can be filled with water or sand to achieve the desired training effects. The rubber tip is acting as a shock absorber and with more weight it will absorb more shock. Please note that sand is 3 x’s heavier than water when adjusting your weight load. Two empty tanks weigh 1.6 pounds which is ideal for traveling.
