So we’re seeing a strong move into smooth hardwoods like cherry and maple in commercial settings, silver-toned woods for senior living (with gold still remaining strong) and the addition of black accents to more traditional mahoganies and walnuts. In metals, richer, more complex metallic finishes with patinas like champagne gold are prominent.
